Facilities Technician (Urgent Hiring)

The Opportunity

• Industry: Facilities Management / Building Operations
• Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor building services and critical infrastructure through the Building Management System (BMS).
• Respond to system alarms, equipment faults, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handover documentation.
• Support emergency response and incident management activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site operating procedures.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related environment.
