The Opportunity

Opportunity to work for one of the leading financial service providers and top banks 6-month contract located at MBFC

The Job

• Actively partner Corporate Relationship Managers (RMs) in identifying each corporate client's needs via account plans and providing suitable solutions in the areas of risk management through insurance products.
• Develop, conceptualize and provide insurance advisory services to bank customers.
• Drive sales performance of frontline sales teams to achieve overall sales targets assigned for insurance products.
• Drive insurance sales in the respective segments you will be supporting.
• Deliver value propositions in the form of insurance products to meet customer needs.
• Be part of the Corporate Bancassurance Sales team, reporting to the Bancassurance Sales Team Head.
• Work alongside Sales Managers and Relationship Managers to provide insurance advisory services to customers.
• Provide advice and bancassurance solutions to support customers' business and insurance planning needs.
• Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations, and controls set by the bank and regulatory authorities.
• Execute both Life and General Insurance (GI) sales strategies and ensure a structured selling process and positive customer experience.

The Talent

• 3-8 years of experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, corporate insurance, or commercial banking insurance advisory.
• Experience engaging corporate clients, SMEs, mid-market companies, or institutional banking customers.
• Proven track record in achieving insurance sales targets.
• Good knowledge of both Life Insurance and General Insurance (GI)
• Experience conducting client needs analysis and recommending insurance solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with Relationship Managers and Sales Managers.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements relating to insurance sales.
