The Opportunity

• Join a leading research and innovation organisation supporting cutting-edge projects in Singapore.
• 1-year contract, extendable
• Regular office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.

The Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and the review or updating of technical drawings, layouts, or floor plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in construction, facilities management, space planning, or interior design is advantageous.

The Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and space verification activities to validate room layouts, equipment locations, and space utilization data.
• Review, update, and maintain CAD drawings, floor plans, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collect, verify, and maintain space management data for system implementation and ongoing records management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve drawing or data discrepancies.
• Support project documentation, progress monitoring, and data quality checks to facilitate successful project delivery.
