Avaloq Business Analyst

Role Scope:

Business Analyst responsible for translating banking/wealth management business needs into clear requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery, with a strong focus on Avaloq.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agiledelivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations

Experience and Domain Knowledge:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management / Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments / Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .

Technical Skills

• Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .

Requirements are that all candidates must have both: 1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience. 2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experience.
