Job Summary

Work closely with the AMR team manager to fulfill junior to mid-level hiring assignments across industries by conducting market research, designing talent search strategies, engaging top talent, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to generate actionable market insights supporting recruitment strategies
• Design and implement talent search strategies based on hiring requests and talent personas to attract suitable candidates
• Conduct market mapping to identify potential talent pools and industry trends
• Engage early-stage top talent to build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant job portals to maximize candidate reach
• Collaborate closely with the direct manager to align recruitment efforts with business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Commercial as Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, or Market Research
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders
• Ambitious, open-minded, and eager to grow with resilience and a long-term perspective
