The Artwork Manager is the central coordination point for end-to-end artwork development across the brand portfolio. Working across DMI, Product Development, and local SAP Markets, this role ensures all artwork is validated, compliant, brand-consistent, and on time — directly safeguarding OTBS performance. Key Responsibilities 1.Cross-Functional Artwork Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between DMI, Product Development, and local SAP country teams throughout the artwork validation lifecycle. Facilitate alignment across all stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient review and approval process. Proactively manage communication flows between Zone Marketing, DMI, and local Markets to prevent misalignment and avoid delays.

  1. Artwork Validation & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all local Marketing and STRAD comments are accurately captured and incorporated into artwork files prior to final approval. Validate the accuracy and completeness of all mandatory information on the full information panel (back panel of carton box), including but not limited to: Company address Halal certification Usage instructions Ingredient listings Barcodes

Safeguard compliance with both importation and sell-out regulatory requirements across all applicable markets.

  1. Brand Consistency Management

Ensure full brand consistency is maintained across all artwork language adaptations — from the Master Artwork (MAW) through to the Brand Adaptation Guide (BAG). Oversee consistency across multiple language versions, as well as across different markets. Flag and resolve any inconsistencies between artwork versions, escalating to relevant stakeholders as needed.

  1. Timeline& Deadline Management

Monitor and enforce adherence to artwork development milestones within the broader product development process. Track Final Artwork (FAW) submission timelines, proactively identifying risks that could impact OTBS targets and taking corrective action. Maintain a clear sense of urgency and prioritisation, especially on fast-track or sprint projects where timelines are compressed.

  1. ProgressReporting & Visibility

Prepare and distribute the monthly Artwork Development Progress Report, providing a comprehensive status update across the full brand portfolio. Ensure the report captures the status of all active artwork workstreams, highlighting risks, blockers, and on-track deliverables to drive accountability and timely decision-making. Provide Zone Marketing leadership with full visibility and confidence on artwork progress at all times.

  1. Barrier Resolution & Process Improvement

Act as a proactive problem-solver in unlocking artwork progress barriers that could impact timelines — whether commercial, regulatory, or process-related. Lead or facilitate resolution of ad-hoc market requests (e.g., pricing callout removals, company address updates), including navigating discussions between DMI and PD on scope and process applicability. Identify process gaps and champion solutions — including the development and implementation of new process frameworks such as  TAG Briefs  for managing small market-driven changes efficiently and without backlog.

  1. Agility on Fast-Track & Sprint Projects

Adapt working pace and approach to meet the demands of fast-track product launches, managing artwork development in parallel with evolving inputs (e.g., product name changes, revised MAW, STRAD approvals in progress). Keep all stakeholders — particularly Zone Marketing — continuously updated during sprint phases, clearly surfacing barriers, late approvals, or pending inputs from markets. Balance speed with accuracy, ensuring no compliance or brand integrity risks are introduced under time pressure. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ·       FAW On-Time Delivery - % artworks delivered by milestone date ·       Information Panel Accuracy - Zero regulatory non-conformances ·       Brand Consistency - No inconsistency flags post-BAG ·       Ad Hoc Change Backlog - Reduction via TAG Brief implementation ·       Progress Report Timeliness - Issued within agreed monthly cadence Job Requirements Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Design/Product Design or other related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Designing/Product Development Prior experience in the FMCG and/or beauty manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
