Customer Service Employee Pools / English wanted for a company in Oudenaarde.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are an important link between our customers, account managers, and various internal departments. You ensure smooth communication and correct follow-up of the entire customer process.

Your tasks:

• You are the fixed internal contact point for your assigned region.
• You work closely with the representative(s) of your region.
• You handle telephone and email correspondence from customers.
• You process orders and manage the further follow-up.
• You monitor samples, orders, and delivery times.
• You help monitor the credit agreements of customers.
• You ensure professional complaint follow-up and always look for a suitable solution.
• In addition, you also monitor the logistics aspect.
• You watch over timely delivery and take the necessary actions where needed.
• You are customer-friendly and commercially minded.
• You communicate fluently and enjoy working in a team.
• Your obtained bachelor's degree. Enthusiastic recent graduates are also eligible.
• You can communicate fluently in Pools and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You are result-oriented and take initiative.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You are an administrative multitasker.
