For our client, active in logistics, we are looking for a mechanical workshop manager.

Ensure the operational and administrative management of the garage in order to guarantee user satisfaction, the quality of technical services, and the profitability of the activity. The garage manager coordinates teams, optimizes processes, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Organize and plan workshop interventions.
• Supervise mechanical, electronic, and bodywork work.
• Guarantee the quality of repairs and compliance with deadlines.
• Manage parts orders
• Manage spare parts stocks
• Team Management
• • Supervise mechanics
• • Ensure task distribution and performance monitoring.
• • Train, support, and develop the team's skills.
• • Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures.

You are the car garage manager we are looking for if you have the following profile:

Required Skills:

• Mechanical and electronic car knowledge
• English: B1 Level
• IT: Office Suite

Technical

• Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and modern technologies.
• Mastery of diagnostic tools and workshop management software.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards.

Managerial

• Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite a team.
• Priority management and decision-making.
• Customer service orientation and clear communication.

Qualifications: o Proven experience in managing a workshop or a garage. o Technical training in automotive mechanics (desired). o Strong sense of service, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit.
