Tasks
- Responsibility for the continuous further development and automation of production processes in series production, from the concept phase to successful implementation.
- Identification and realization of optimization potential through the development of innovative automation solutions for existing production systems.

Requirements
- Successfully completed technical training (HTL, Fachhochschule, or university) with a focus on automation technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of automation technology, especially in the conception, planning, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Strong interest in automation and robotics technologies as well as their practical application.
- Ability to systematically analyze complex technical issues and develop sustainable, technically and economically convincing solutions.
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and process optimization is an advantage, ideally with corresponding further training in the field of Lean Management or Six Sigma.
- High degree of technical understanding, manual dexterity, as well as an independent, structured, and precise way of working.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and experience in collaborating with international business partners; very good English skills in speaking and writing.
