Excellence Manager (m/f) (M/F)

LHH-Recruitment solution, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert evaluation for executives and managers, is searching for its client, an Operational Excellence Manager (m/f), in a permanent contract (CDI), in Sélestat.

Our client is a renowned industrial structure, recognized internationally for its know-how. Reporting to the Site Management, within a context of industrial transformation, you will be responsible for evolving operating methods and deploying operational excellence standards in order to sustainably improve site performance.

Your main missions:

Drive the deployment of the continuous improvement approach:

• Deploy tools, standards, and management rituals
• Lead the progressive deployment of practices and support teams in their adoption
• Train and support operational teams as well as managers
• Ensure a regular presence on the field
• Encourage team involvement in the process
• Monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPI)

Directly manage one person in your team (support and skill development)

Your profile:

Holder of a Master's degree / Engineer degree in a technical field such as industrial engineering, mechanics.., you have a solid experience of at least 8 years in a similar position within an industry focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence, and you have successful experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Experience in IWS (Integrated Work System) or similar environments will be particularly appreciated. Experience in leading industrial transformations is imperative!

You speak English (B2) professionally.

This position includes a fixed salary, which will be refined based on the experience/skills of the selected person, a complementary bonus, holiday bonus, and other benefits (profit sharing / participation), an executive status contract (Cadre), with the acquisition of a significant volume of RTT days.
