Your tasks

As a VASC Support Agent, you support the daily operation by ensuring that data, processes, and communication run flawlessly. You monitor shipments and systems, proactively address deviations, and ensure correct information for colleagues, drivers, and customers.

Your responsibilities

• logistics administration, including inbound and outbound bookings in an ERP system
• creating shipping labels and shipping documents
• communication with customers and carriers (primarily via e-mail) and end-of-day reporting.
• Quality controls on order picking and inventory counts

Requirements

Your profile

• You speak and write perfect Spanish and English and have a good knowledge of French or Dutch
• You work accurately, structured, and process-oriented, follow procedures correctly, and have an eye for compliance and quality.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, simple dashboards, and KPI tracking) is a plus.
• Experience within operations support or logistics administration is a plus but not required.
• You are eager to learn, hands-on, customer-oriented, discreet, and a true team player with an eye for detail.
• You are available to start at 10:54 AM and finish at 7:00 PM.
