For our client in Bergen, we are now seeking a structured and solution-oriented coordinator who thrives in a high tempo and with many points of contact. You will become part of an international environment, where collaboration, precision, and good flow are important in everyday life.
What will the workday be like? The workday will be varied, and among other things, you will follow up on orders, logistics, and documentation. You will have contact with customers, transporters, colleagues, and the sales department, and contribute to ensuring that both goods and information get where they need to go, at the right time. Some of the tasks will be:
- Logistics planning and order coordination
- Customer and transporter follow-up, as well as follow-up internally within the production lines
- Documentation and correspondence
- Invoice handling and cost control
Who are we looking for? We believe you will thrive in the role if you are accurate, proactive, and collaborate well with others. You maintain your calm when the tempo increases, take responsibility for your own tasks, and like to follow things through to completion. Experience from the seafood industry, logistics, order processing, or similar work is an advantage, but we are also interested in you who are willing to learn and want to develop further. We would like to see that you:
- Have a good understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Communicate well in English
- Work in a structured and reliable manner
