Quality Assurance Coordinator (m/f) (M/F)

As part of an increase in business activity, our client, a recognized industrial player operating in a demanding and innovative environment, is looking for a Quality Specialist M/F to strengthen its teams. Reporting to the Quality Manager/Supervisor, you are responsible for the deployment and application of quality processes within the production site. You will intervene in quality assurance, client project monitoring, continuous improvement, and metrological management.

Your missions. Ensure quality assurance.

• Handle internal, client, and supplier non-conformities.
• Analyze deviations from internal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead problem-solving processes and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Participate in maintaining quality certifications.
• Ensure the application of quality procedures, instructions, and standards.
• Provide technical support to production teams.

Support client projects.

• Participate in project reviews and analyze client requirements.
• Compile and monitor quality and FAI files.
• Guarantee the compliance of products and processes with specifications.
• Manage client and supplier complaints.
• Provide cross-functional quality support to various departments.

Participate in continuous improvement.

• Contribute to AMDEC and risk analyses.
• Deploy and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Establish and manage control plans.
• Implement quality performance indicators and ensure their monitoring.

Ensure metrological monitoring.

• Verify and calibrate measuring equipment.
• Guarantee the compliance of the metrological fleet.
• Ensure the administrative and technical monitoring of control instruments.

Holding a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in Quality, Quality Assurance, Industrial Process Management, or equivalent, you have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a quality function in an industrial environment. Experience in the aeronautics, space, defense, or composite materials sectors is a real asset.

. Skills sought.

• Mastery of quality tools (8D, 5M, QRQC, root cause analysis).
• Knowledge of EN9100, ISO 9001 and ideally ISO 14001 standards.
• Mastery of office tools and quality software.
• Fluent professional English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to facilitate working groups and lead projects.
• Analytical spirit, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite teams.

Job conditions.

• Position to be filled: October 2026
• Contract: CDI
• Status: Agent de maîtrise
• Working time: 39 hours per week
• Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday
• Remuneration: between 36 K€ and 40 K€ depending on profile
• Transport allowance: 25 €/month
• Teleworking: 1 day per week possible after gaining autonomy
