Gas Industrial Director (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary work, transition management and expert evaluation, executives and managers, is searching for its client, a specialist in the gas sector, for a permanent position (CDI), an Industrial Director (m/f) based in Mitry-Mory (77).

Reporting to the Pole Director, you will lead all industrial activities of the Group's subsidiaries across a scope covering France, Switzerland, and Spain. You are the guarantor of operational performance, industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and the development of the Group's industrial organizations.

Travel is to be expected.

Your missions

Strategic and Industrial Steering

• Define and deploy the Pole's industrial strategy in line with the Group's orientations.
• Participate in steering bodies and the Group's development projects.
• Lead industrial investment projects and guarantee compliance with associated budgets.
• Support the structuring and development of the Pole's industrial activities.

Operations Management

• Guarantee the smooth running of industrial sites and optimize their performance.
• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the installations.
• Develop synergies between different sites and promote the sharing of best practices.
• Implement performance indicators and ensure their monitoring.

Team Management You directly supervise:

• The Operations Managers of the various sites;
• The Engineering-Maintenance Manager;
• The Process ESP / ESPT Manager.

You support your teams in their skill development and ensure the coordination of industrial organizations across the scope.

HSE, industrial safety and compliance

• Define and deploy the Pole's HSE policy.
• Guarantee compliance with regulations applicable to ICPE and SEVESO sites.
• Lead topics related to industrial safety, hazard studies, SGS, and POI.
• Ensure relations with administrative authorities and control bodies.

With higher education of an Engineering type (Bac +5), or equivalent, you have proven experience in the management of industrial sites or activities within highly regulated SEVESO/ ICPE environments.

You possess the following skills:

• Solid industrial and technical culture in the field of chemistry,
• Significant experience in multi-site management;
• Mastery of ICPE/SEVESO environments and sites subject to administrative authorization;
• Solid knowledge of industrial safety and risk management;
• Experience in steering industrial investments and budgets;
• Fluent English is imperative; Spanish is an asset.
