Management Controller (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and assessment firm, is supporting its client, a recognized industrial player in its sector, in the recruitment of an Industrial Management Controller M/F as part of a team reinforcement in St Nazaire (44) for a duration of 6 months.

Reporting to the Management Control team, you will operate within an operational and industrial scope and contribute to monitoring the economic performance of the activity. Your role requires rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work on various subjects depending on the team's needs.

Your missions. In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Monitor, manage, and analyze costs and turnover related to the sale of spare parts in France,
• Prepare invoices not yet received (FNP), ensure the allocation of transport and packaging invoices, and perform analytical transfers,
• Calculate and monitor various provisions: risks, commissions, transport, packaging, and year-end rebates,
• Ensure the monitoring of non-quality costs and overheads by cost center,
• Collaborate with the Sales Administration team to identify cost evolutions and propose appropriate actions,
• Work in collaboration with the Costing Manager on variance analysis, cost calculation methods, and continuous improvement actions,
• Monitor and analyze postings and contribute to the weekly reporting of the group's main indicators,
• Collaborate with logistics teams to monitor stock evolutions and their valuation, as well as occasionally carry out stock cleaning actions,
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings,
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts according to the group calendar,
• Participate in various occasional tasks and ad hoc subjects related to management control,
• Participate in internal control tests.

With higher education in finance, management control, accounting, or equivalent, you have proven experience in management control within an industrial, production, procurement, or supply chain environment. You have a good mastery of management control processes and are comfortable with cost and variance analysis. You are proficient in SAP, ideally on the FI/CO modules, as well as Excel (pivot tables, charts, and advanced functions). Proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook is also expected. You have a professional level of English allowing you to communicate with international interlocutors. Knowledge of German is a plus. Methodical and rigorous, you know how to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork. Your adaptability and versatility allow you to intervene effectively on various subjects in a reinforcement context.
