Cost Analysis Officer M/F

Adecco Solutions Pérols is looking for a PMO Operations Support M/F, fluent in English, for its client specializing in the renewable energy sector.

Main missions:

Financial process monitoring.

• Creation and monitoring of purchase requests (PR)
• Management of the complete flow: PR / PO / Goods receipt / Invoice receipt / Payments
• Production of reporting by project

Cost analysis.

• Monthly monitoring of forecasts and variances
• Analysis of variations in activity execution
• Preparation of financial reports by project

Support to project teams.

• Assistance to Project Managers and the Purchasing team
• Sourcing new suppliers for specific needs

Operational monitoring.

• Order monitoring:
• Tools / spare parts / consumables
• NCR (non-conformities) / claims

• Associated reporting by project

Ideally, you have a background in finance or business administration. You have initial experience in this sector of activity (financial analysis, management control...). Proficiency in SAP software is a plus. You possess excellent analytical skills. You speak English fluently and ideally Spanish.

Temporary mission to be filled as soon as possible, 1 month renewable up to 18 months. 35h/ week.

Salary: 28,000 to 31,000 euros gross depending on profile + Meal vouchers
