Civil Engineer

Job Description:

Taking over and coordinating the construction project of the new factory wing, monitoring all implementation phases. Supervising site works, ensuring compliance with the schedule, budget, and technical specifications. Identifying technical issues, drafting reports, and proposing effective solutions in collaboration with the involved departments. Coordinating external partners, contractors, and suppliers for the smooth progress of the project. Collaborating with the Production, Maintenance, etc. departments for the seamless integration of the new facilities into the factory operations. Monitoring compliance with current legislation, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports to Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in site supervision and/or technical project management.
  • Proven experience in the coordination of construction works and partners.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to manage problems, make decisions, and collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • Organizational and communication skills, with an orientation towards achieving goals and schedules.
