A dynamically growing construction company specializing in the design and implementation of innovative, high-specification building installations, is seeking an Experienced Designer - Mechanical Engineer to strengthen its technical team. The ideal candidate will undertake the design and preparation of mechanical studies for demanding construction projects, contributing to the provision of innovative and efficient technical solutions.
Your tasks
Job Description • Design of building mechanical installations (air conditioning, water supply, sewage, fire protection, etc.) in accordance with Greek, European, and international standards
• Preparation of implementation studies for large-scale projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, department stores, etc.
• Design of innovative building studies for Electromechanical (E/M) installations
• Design of HVAC and DHW plant studies using geothermal, heat recovery, and solar thermal technologies
• Participation in project team meetings, technical presentations, and drafting progress reports.
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of CAD and 4M design software • Thorough knowledge of technical regulations: ΤΟΤΕΕ, ΕΛΟΤ, EN, BS, NFPA, ASHRAE
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Consistency and orientation towards quality and adherence to schedules
