Pharmacist (Rethymno)

Job Description •Scientific and administrative responsibility for the daily operation of the pharmacy. •Provision of comprehensive pharmaceutical care advice and services to customers. •Execution and verification of prescriptions, in accordance with the current legislative framework. •Management of staff and coordination of daily tasks. •Monitoring of stocks, orders, and shortages of medicines and para-pharmaceutical products. •Development and promotion of categories such as dermocosmetics, dietary supplements, and wellness products. •Ensuring proper customer service and achieving a high level of satisfaction. •Monitoring commercial agreements and collaborating with suppliers and pharmaceutical wholesalers. •Management of the cash register, documentation, and other operational procedures of the pharmacy. •Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and pharmaceutical legislation. Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile •Degree in Pharmacy and license to practice the profession. •Previous experience in a pharmacy will be considered a particularly important qualification. •Good knowledge of medicines, para-pharmaceuticals, and wellness categories. •Familiarity with pharmacy management software and basic computer applications. •Very good knowledge of the English language. •Business mindset and orientation towards the development of the pharmacy. •Excellent communication and advisory skills. •Customer-centric philosophy and professionalism. •High sense of responsibility and reliability. •Ability to organize and make decisions. •Leadership skills and effective team management. •Consistency, discretion, and attention to detail.
