Adecco, on behalf of its client, a Food Production & Processing company, is seeking one (1) person to fill the following position: R&D Manager (Heraklion, Crete)

A company with a dynamic presence in the food production industry is seeking an R&D Manager to take charge of the design and implementation of the Research & Development strategy, with an emphasis on the development and optimization of dairy analogue products, including yogurt-type and cheese products. We are looking for a professional with a passion for food innovation, who will contribute decisively to the development of a new generation of products, strengthening the company's position in the domestic and international market.

Job Description •Design and implementation of the company's Research & Development strategy. •Development of new products and optimization of existing recipes and production processes. •Management of product development projects from the idea stage to commercial production. •Research of new raw materials, ingredients, and production technologies. •Support and optimization of the production and packaging processes of dairy analogue yoghurt & cheese products. •Conducting laboratory and industrial tests to evaluate the quality, taste, texture, and stability of products. •Collaboration with the Production, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial departments. •Monitoring market trends, consumer needs, and legislative developments in the food industry.
