Job Description:

Conducting regular property inspections and drafting technical reports and summaries Managing and supervising technical projects and renovations from the design phase to commissioning Regular Reporting to the Project Director and other project stakeholders regarding the temporal, financial, and technical progress of the project Identifying needs for repair, upgrading, or improvement of facilities and preparing technical and financial proposals Managing and monitoring property maintenance issues, with a clear definition of responsibilities between owners and tenants Monitoring the validity and compliance of required permits, certifications, and facility inspections Formulating and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance programs Checking tenant compliance with contractual property maintenance obligations On-site visits to investigate and resolve technical problems upon requests from owners or tenants Ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budget, and project timelines Coordinating teams, contractors, and other stakeholders for the smooth implementation of projects Drafting regular progress reports to the Project Management, with updates on technical, financial, and operational matters Ensuring the implementation of health and safety rules in workspaces and construction sites Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering At least five (5) years of experience in facility & maintenance management of properties or construction projects (green field, fit-out) Very good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD software Desirable knowledge of specialized calculation software (4M, Schneider, E-Design or similar) Good knowledge of the English language Project scheduling and technical work organization skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure Team spirit, responsibility, and commitment to achieving goals Benefits: Company Benefits:
