Position Description: Execution of banking & stock market transactions Customer service regarding e-banking & mobile banking services Cancellation of card products due to loss or theft Management and entry of customer requests for all the bank's products Resolution of issues and providing solutions regarding the Bank's products Collaboration and communication with all departments of the group

Required Qualifications: Graduate of TEI/AEI At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position will be appreciated Good knowledge of the English language Good knowledge of PC and digital skills Customer-centric mindset and result orientation Team spirit and cooperation Ability to work in shifts
