Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist | 3PL & Logistics Operations

Job Description:

Management and coordination of daily Supply Chain & Logistics operations in Greece Collaboration with the 3PL partner in Aspropyrgos, monitoring Service Levels (SLAs) and resolving daily operational issues Monitoring inbound shipments, receipts, and distributions, ensuring the timely and correct movement of products Coordination of Reverse Logistics, including returns, complaints, quarantines, product destructions, and temperature deviations Monitoring inventory, conducting monthly inventory reconciliations, and investigating and resolving discrepancies Use and support of SAP, aiming for accuracy and proper synchronization of inventory data between the company and the 3PL Monitoring KPIs, reporting, and product availability, using Advanced Excel and, where required, Power BI Collaboration with Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, as well as with external partners and suppliers Support of GDP compliance, participation in audits and risk assessments, and monitoring CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions) until completion Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile:

University/TEI degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field At least (2) years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, 3PL, or a similar position Experience in a pharmaceutical company or another regulated environment will be considered a significant advantage Good knowledge of GDP procedures, inventory management, distribution, and 3PL operations will be particularly appreciated Very good knowledge of MS Excel and comfort in data management and analysis Experience in SAP/ERP systems will be considered an additional qualification Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail Hands-on and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to make quick decisions when required Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and effectively manage multiple priorities Benefits: Company Benefits:
