Payment Operations

Adecco, on behalf of its client, a large banking company, is looking for one (1) person to staff the following position: Payment Operations Job Description •Support for payment products and services, such as SEPA Credit Transfers, Instant Payments and SWIFT Payments •Support for corporate clients and management of inquiries related to payment transactions and services •Collaboration and coordination with the Operations, IT, Compliance and Relationship Managers departments for effective issue management •Preparation of reports, KPIs and information for management •Support for regulatory and compliance initiatives •Participation in the implementation of new payment products and services •Participation in projects concerning the onboarding of new corporate clients •Participation in the preparation for PSD III and in the preparation of relevant elements and information

Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile •Graduate of University/TEI of Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field •At least one year of experience in customer service or the banking sector •Very good knowledge of the English language •Excellent knowledge of IT and MS Office, with emphasis on Excel •Communication and interpersonal skills •Team spirit and ability to effectively collaborate with different departments •Willingness to learn, grow and achieve professional development in the banking sector
