HR Recruiter

Adecco, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the energy sector, is looking for one (1) person to staff the following position:

HR Recruiter Job Description:

• Management of the entire recruitment cycle (end-to-end recruitment), from the recording of staffing needs and the drafting of advertisements to the final selection and hiring of candidates
• Close collaboration with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of each department and to determine the appropriate talent sourcing strategy
• Identification and attraction of candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Evaluation of resumes, conducting interviews, and drafting candidate assessments
• Presentation and promotion of suitable candidates to the responsible managers
• Management of the job offer process and support for the onboarding process
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process
• Monitoring and analysis of key recruitment indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
• Participation in the optimization of recruitment processes and in the enhancement of the company's employer branding

Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous professional experience of at least two (2) years in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
• Desirable experience in the use of HR systems and reporting tools
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Ability to evaluate candidates and develop relationships of trust with managers and stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage multiple positions and priorities in a demanding environment
• Team spirit, consistency, and a high sense of professionalism
