Adecco, on behalf of a client company, a large supply company in coolers and water filters, is seeking one (1) person to staff the following position: Graduate Junior IT Support (Metamorfosi) Position Description: Providing 1st level technical support to the company's employees Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, monitors, printers, and peripherals Troubleshooting daily problems in Windows, Office, email, and corporate applications Creation and management of user accounts and access rights Supporting employees with network connection, Wi-Fi, printers, and share folders issues Monitoring and recording technical requests and problems Preparation and installation of equipment for new employees Basic inspection and maintenance of the company's IT equipment Required Qualifications:

​ Candidate Profile: Experience from 0+ years Degree from IEK/TEI in the field of Informatics Good knowledge of English Driver's License holder Professionalism and responsibility Willingness and readiness for evolution Benefits: Company Benefits: Satisfactory compensation package Ticket 120 euros after the first quarter Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00
