E-shop Assistant

Position Description Support of daily e-shop operations Management and monitoring of orders Customer service and management of related inquiries Data entry and updating in corporate systems Collaboration with different departments of the company Participation in ensuring the smooth operation of electronic sales

Candidate Profile Previous experience in a similar e-shop, customer service, or warehouse position will be considered an asset Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems Good knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel Good knowledge of the English language Organizational skills and attention to detail Customer-centric approach and developed communication skills Team spirit and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
