Adecco HR, on behalf of a large company operating in the hotel and HORECA equipment sector, is seeking one (1) person to fill the following position:

B2B Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Development and management of a client portfolio in a specific geographic area of responsibility, with an emphasis on the hotel industry.
• Conducting visits to existing and new customers with the aim of developing sales and creating new partnerships.
• Presentation and promotion of the company's products and solutions to hotel businesses.
• Negotiation of commercial agreements and management of the sales cycle, from the initial approach to the completion of the project.
• Monitoring the market, competition, and business opportunities in the area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile:

• At least one (1) year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hotel or HORECA equipment sector.
• A degree from a University or Higher Education institution will be considered an additional asset.
• Knowledge of the hotel market and experience in equipment sales to hotel businesses will be considered an additional asset.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and focused on sales growth.
• Ability to travel frequently for business.
