Your tasks

Job Description

• Management of incoming inquiries from customers and representatives
• Providing technical support to customers and representatives

• Entry and recording of technical problems in ERP/CRM systems
• Collaboration with the Service, Spare Parts, and Sales departments

• Monitoring the progress of inquiries and ensuring timely completion

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Practical technical experience in engineering equipment, vehicles, engines, or machinery
• Ability to understand the operation of mechanical systems and diagnose basic technical problems

• Familiarity with mechanical components and spare parts
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and catalogs

• Good knowledge of English, mainly for understanding technical terminology
• Proficiency in using computers and the ability to learn ERP

• Organizational skills, consistency in following up on pending tasks, and communication skills
