Adecco, on behalf of its client, a well-known mass catering and ready-meal company, is seeking an individual to fill the following position: Food Technologist - Shift Supervisor (Based in Alexandroupoli)

Position Description Management of ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 system audits Supervision of documentation for critical points of the production process (receiving and storage temperatures, cooking temperatures, sanitation and cleaning of areas, etc.) Verification of correct production and hygiene practices Management of deviations and non-conformities in the production process Control and evaluation of raw material incoming specifications Monitoring of Legislation and full compliance with it Staff training on quality and food safety issues Guidance and evaluation of the progress of sub-stores based on the goals set by the company.
