Management Control and Accounting Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Adecco is recruiting for one of its industrial clients a Management Control and Accounting Manager (M/F) on a CDI basis.

Reporting to the Management, you will take charge of all accounting, financial, and management control activities for a structure of approximately 110 employees. As a true partner to the management, you will support the company's performance while ensuring the reliability of financial information.

Your missions: Accounting and finance

• Supervise general accounting and guarantee the compliance of accounting operations.
• Manage monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare tax returns as well as tax filings.
• Ensure the relationship with statutory auditors and auditors.
• Participate in the preparation of consolidated accounts according to IFRS standards.
• Produce financial reporting and performance indicators intended for management.

Treasury and financial management

• Manage banking relationships.
• Manage treasury, financing, and credits.
• Participate in investment decisions and their monitoring.

Industrial management control

• Analyze margins and commercial reporting.
• Monitor standard costs and production costs.
• Perform stock analyses and participate in inventories.
• Control industrial costs and overheads.
• Lead the budgeting process and analyze variances between forecasts and actuals.

Management

• Supervise and support an accounting team composed of 3 autonomous employees.
• Develop best practices and ensure the skill development of the team.

Administration and legal

• Contribute to the administrative and legal management of the company.

Profile Description:

Your profile:Higher education in accounting, finance, or management control.Proven experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.Mastery of accounting, tax, and financial issues.Good knowledge of consolidation mechanisms and IFRS standards.Mastery of IT tools and an ERP; knowledge of SAP is an asset.Professional English allowing for exchange in an international context.***Leadership, rigor, analytical skills, and the ability to support change.
