Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager (m/f) (m/f)
Adecco Recrutement is recruiting on behalf of its client, an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager (m/f) on a CDI basis. An international industrial player recognized in its market, our client is pursuing its development and strengthening its finance team at its Nevers site. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will act as the referent for your accounting scope and contribute to the reliability of the company's financial data.
Your main missions:.
- Guarantee the correct recording of accounting transactions related to third-party accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and group procedures
- Analyze and resolve customer and supplier disputes
- Prepare and monitor reporting related to third-party accounts and outstanding balances
- Participate in periodic accounting closings
- Identify and transmit the elements necessary for calculating provisions (customer impairments, logistics discrepancies, price discrepancies, etc.)
- Prepare documents requested as part of internal and external audits and tax audits
- Ensure the follow-up of non-quality warranty invoices and their re-invoicing
- Act as a key interlocutor for finance, accounting, and support functions
You will operate in a structured industrial environment, strongly oriented towards quality and continuous improvement, with daily use of SAP.
. . You have a higher education background in accounting, management, or finance (Bac+3 to Bac+5). You have proven experience in third-party accounting, ideally acquired in an industrial environment or within a structured group. We will be particularly attentive to:
- Your mastery of accounting processes
- Your proficiency in SAP
- Your ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Your rigor and organizational skills
- Your ability to work with multiple interlocutors
- Your level of professional English, necessary in an international context
Previous experience of several years in a similar role will be strongly appreciated. Proficiency in SAP and English is explicitly expected for the position.
Benefits and Remuneration:.
- Fixed salary: 50 to 53 K€ gross per year
- Progress bonus: 200 to 250 € per quarter
- Profit sharing / participation: 750 to 1,500 € per year depending on results

- Annual flat-rate of 215 days (12 to 14 RTT days per year)
