Your tasks
A true field manager, you will steer all production activities of a large-scale industrial site and support teams in achieving safety, quality, cost, deadline, and productivity objectives.
Your missions will be: Manage production teams of 400 employees and support local managers (20 executives & supervisors)
- Guarantee the industrial performance of the site through the monitoring of indicators and the implementation of action plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and conformity requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement processes and industrial modernization projects.
- Participate in investment decisions and the optimization of site resources.
Requirements
Profile Description With a degree from a top-tier Engineering school (Centrale, Mines, Arts et Métiers, INSA, Polytech or equivalent), you have proven successful experience in managing production activities within a demanding industrial environment.
You are recognized for: Your leadership, your ability to unite teams, and your managerial courage
Your ability to manage managers and lead change
Your sense of priorities and your decision-making capacity
Your mastery of continuous improvement processes and industrial projects
Your communication skills and your professional English.
