Job Description Our client, a major player in the design and manufacture of technical ceramic parts for the aeronautics, space, medical, and energy sectors, is looking for an experienced Industrialization Methods Engineer (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).
Your tasks
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will carry out industrialization projects according to quality, cost, and reliability objectives.
You will define and provide the production process for the development of new products within industrial performance objectives, in collaboration with the client and in compliance with the quality framework.
You will be required to analyze needs and develop the implementation of solutions according to defined schedules and budgets,
- Participate in the development of tooling in relation to the sales department, the client, and suppliers,
- Develop manufacturing operating procedures and control plans,
- Conduct test plans to produce prototypes and typical parts,
- Analyze results in relation to expected performance,
- Write first article reports, present them to internal and external parties to obtain agreements for series production,
- Implement necessary training,
- Ensure your work complies with internal procedures and milestones related to regulatory requirements,
- Present and synthesize your results to management.
Requirements
Profile Description You have proven experience in industrial production, a design office, or equivalent.
Possessing excellent analytical skills, you have the ability to manage projects. You are also comfortable with CAD/CAM software and possess an English level that allows you to communicate with an international clientele.
Methodical, rigorous, and possessing a good team spirit, you know how to communicate effectively and ensure precise reporting. Your writing skills and ability to synthesize information are recognized and appreciated.
