Sales Administration Manager M/F

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment firm, is searching for its client for a Sales Administration Manager M/F in Villaroche and Evry Corbeil. Long-term temporary mission.

Within a large International group specializing in civil and military engine testing, we are looking for a Sales Administration Manager for a temporary mission. Your mission will consist of contributing to the following main activities:

• Process and monitor tooling orders from initial entry and delivery through to invoicing.
• Respect proposed deadlines.
• Accept the management of customer requests within 24 hours.
• Process price requests within 5 days.
• Process orders in SAP within 48 hours.
• Prepare the order book monitoring.
• Trigger deliveries and issue invoices.
• Lead time between supplier delivery and sending the customer invoice within 48h.
• Debt collection, ensuring within 4 days following the issuance of the invoice that the customer has indeed received their invoice.
• Follow-ups to be made in compliance with the target for the debt ratio indicator.
• Be the focal point for a portfolio of clients for all activities related to the sale and repair of tooling.

• You have experience in a similar position in Sales Administration.
• Sense of service and customer relations.
• You master ERPs.
• You master English.

Temporary contract of 6 to 18 months.

With training in MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE, ACCOUNTING or equivalent, you have experience in a similar position. You are rigorous, agile, versatile, and know how to show initiative. You possess a team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders of your organization. You have a good knowledge of Excel, you master English, and knowledge of SAP would be strongly appreciated. BAC +2 Mandatory. Salary according to profile
