Import - Export Transit Coordinator (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment firm, is searching for its client in the industrial sector for an International Transport Manager (m/f) for a mission of at least 3 months.

Reporting to the transport department, you will be responsible for providing support to the existing team.

The main missions are:

• Organize and monitor the international transport flows of spare parts.
• Coordinate product shipments intended for demonstrations, trade fairs, and events, ensuring compliance with administrative and customs formalities.
• Guarantee the proper execution of transport operations in collaboration with logistics providers.
• Prepare and secure all documents necessary for shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure the regulatory compliance of transport files and associated declarations.
• Manage relations with carriers and contribute to the evaluation of their performance.
• Manage goods returns related to quality or warranty issues.
• Select the most suitable logistics solutions according to cost, lead time, and service constraints.
• Ensure the follow-up of disputes and claims until their resolution.
• Control and validate transport invoices.
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and the optimization of logistics expenses.

Profile Sought:

Ideally coming from a minimum of a Bac +3 degree in transport or logistics, you have initial experience in a similar position. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2). You have knowledge of international transport and customs (incoterms, customs nomenclatures, origins). You are comfortable with IT tools.
