Financial Controller M/F (M/F)

Adecco Recrutement is supporting one of its clients, a recognized industrial player with an international dimension, in the recruitment of its future Financial Controller M/F on a CDI contract in the Nevers (58) sector. Reporting to the Financial Director and working closely with the various site departments as well as the group's international teams, you will drive the company's financial performance and support strategic decision-making. In this capacity, you will:
- Supervise and support a team of 3 employees.
- Drive financial processes in compliance with group procedures.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze results, variances, and performance indicators.
- Produce and present financial reporting to management.
- Perform analyses to support investment decisions and development projects.
- Control expenses and identify cost optimization levers.
- Guarantee the compliance of financial practices and adherence to current regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and management tools.
- Lead meetings and regular exchanges with the group's international interlocutors.

- Financial reporting and group analysis tools
- Daily communications in English
You hold a higher education degree in finance, management control, or accounting at a Bac +5 level. Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial or international environment. Your assets:
- Solid skills in financial control and performance analysis.
- Mastery of SAP.
- Excellent level in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Successful experience in team management.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present financial data.
- Initiative, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for working at the interface with multiple interlocutors.

- CDI - Executive status (Cadre)
- Day rate: 215 working days per year
- Approximately 12 to 14 RTT days
