Customer Service Representative (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment, is searching for its client, a distributor of medical and laboratory equipment, for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) for a mission of at least 6 months.

Within the customer service department, you are the primary contact for customers in order to support them and offer them the highest quality experience possible.

Your main missions are:

• Processing customer requests via email or telephone (management of deadlines and order modifications).
• Guiding customers and collaborating effectively with various internal departments for any specific request.
• Guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborating and acting as a driver for continuous improvement
• To a lesser extent: preparation of quotes, order entry, processing of complaints

Profile sought:

• You have initial experience in customer relations.
• You are proficient in English (minimum B2 level in writing) and have already worked with an ERP or a CRM.
• You have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• You have a strong customer orientation.

Sector: South of Strasbourg Remuneration: according to profile, starting from €29k gross per year over 13 months + benefits (Meal vouchers.)
