Technical Assistant M/F

LHH, a recruitment agency, is supporting a company specializing in the installation and wholesale of Industrial products to recruit a Technical Assistant (M/F) on a temporary basis in Saverne for a minimum of 3 months.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, your missions are as follows:

• Process customer requests and respond to specifications by preparing commercial offers;
• Consult suppliers to build offers.
• Create plans and diagrams, technical data sheets;
• Advise customers on the implementation and proper functioning of installations;
• Follow up on installations with customers.

You will participate in the monitoring of service provisions: installation follow-up, compliance with standards, final inspections, and measurement readings. This position is suitable for a person attracted to industrial electricity, who enjoys customer contact and wishes to utilize their technical skills in a B to B environment. Previous experience is an asset, with a minimum of a Bac+2 level training ideally in electricity or electrotechnics, but a more generalist Bac+2 level is also conceivable.

You are comfortable with digital tools and want to contribute to varied projects, in direct contact with customers and suppliers.

You have a developed sense of service and know how to provide clear answers adapted to your customers' needs. Your communication and organizational rigor allow you to simplify technical aspects, manage priorities effectively, and ensure precise follow-up of files.

You are proficient in IT tools, notably SolidWorks, and have proficiency in English.

This temporary position is full-time (35h, daytime hours) for a duration of 3 months, based in Saverne (67700). The start date is scheduled from October 5, 2026.
