Commercial Assistant (m/f) - Dutch (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment, is looking for its client, a Commercial Assistant (m/f) speaking English and Dutch for a CDI.

In order to guarantee customer satisfaction by responding to their requests optimally, your main missions are:

• Ensure the handling of customer orders,
• Enter and track orders,
• Manage sample requests and shipments,
• Ensure the control and sending of invoices to customers,
• Manage complaints and disputes,
• Manage specificities related to customers (specific documentation...)

Profile Sought:

• You have initial experience in a similar position
• You are proficient in SAP, and can express yourself easily in English and Dutch (oral and written).
• You are rigorous, organized, and have a good capacity for adaptation.
• You are comfortable in customer relations and have a developed sense of service.
• You are autonomous, reactive, and have a sense of priorities.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
