Your Adecco Compiègne agency is looking for a Planning Agent M/F for its client located in Compiègne,
Your missions:
- Ensure daily planning tasks (monitoring delivery delays, updating the packaging schedule, checking packaging availability.)
- Create packaging and material orders in SAP, process alerts, ask our suppliers to advance, delay, or cancel orders.
- Request and enter inventories in SAP
- Finalize the following week's schedule on Excel and indicate changes, stockouts, disinfections, works, maintenance, trials, new products, and new formulas
Your Profile:
- Bac +2 (logistics, scheduling, production management)
- Written and spoken English
- Sense of organization, rigorous, methodical
- Good IT skills (Google Sheet- SAP )
- Real interpersonal communication skills
- Day shifts
3-month mission starting from September.
