Specialist Compliance Monitoring

At Adecco, we are looking for a Specialist Compliance Monitoring to support the operation and implementation of the integrity and compliance control framework, focused on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

This role will be key to ensuring regulatory compliance, information quality, and the efficient management of the background exception process in the United States, working closely with the international legal team.

Main responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operation of the compliance model for third-party management (TPRM).
• Analyze third-party information and documentation (codes of conduct, conflicts of interest, compliance declarations).
• Identify risks related to sanctions, fraud, bribery, unfair competition, and insider trading.
• Document findings and propose mitigation actions.
• Escalate cases to the regional/global Compliance team when necessary.
• Ensure data quality in compliance tools.
• Prepare reports and participate in compliance initiatives and projects.
• Support internal investigations and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with the United States legal team in their time zone.

Academic background:

Professional in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.

Requirements

• Advanced English (indispensable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced level)
• Experience with ERP systems or analytical tools is desirable.
