Your tasks

Lead the Colombian operations, ensuring the efficient execution of supply chain activities, including inventory management, imports, warehousing, distribution, regulatory affairs, and customer service. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost optimization, continuous improvement, and team development to support business growth.

• Oversee planning, warehousing, importation, and distribution processes.
• Lead demand planning and replenishment activities.
• Develop inventory and risk mitigation strategies across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, customs brokers, and transportation partners.
• Control departmental budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align operational strategies.
• Lead multifunctional teams and support talent development and succession planning

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, and customer service.
• More than 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, leadership, change management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
