We are looking for a Deployment Engineer / DevOps to join a technology team responsible for the automation, deployment, and support of enterprise applications in Cloud and On-Premise environments. Initial Requirements to Apply
- English level B1+ or higher (oral and written).
- Reside in Bogotá, Colombia and have legal authorization to work in the country.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CI/CD deployment activities, application technical support, or Release Management.
Required Experience
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CI/CD deployments and release administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automation of deployment processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge in networks, web servers, and databases.
- Experience in management and execution of deployment and version release processes.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of infrastructure, networks, security, and databases.
- Experience providing technical support to enterprise applications.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in deployment automation using DevOps tools.
- Knowledge in Cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and manage pipelines for the construction and deployment of applications under DevSecOps practices.
- Implement automations for deployments in Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Lead deployment and release management activities for corporate applications.
- Develop implementation plans and coordinate technical teams involved in deployments.
- Manage changes through ITIL processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
- Document operating procedures, architectures, and technical manuals.
- Record and manage requests and incidents in ITSM tools.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
