We are looking for a strategic leader in Labor Relations!

An important entity in the financial sector requires a Senior Labor Relations Manager to lead the labor relations strategy, union management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring productive relationships with employees, business leaders, unions, and regulatory entities.

This position will have a key role advising internal clients, implementing regulatory changes, managing labor risks, and representing the organization in labor and union negotiations.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's labor relations strategy.
  • Manage relations with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Participate in collective negotiations and labor conflict resolution.
  • Advise leaders and internal areas on labor and human talent issues.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and lead their implementation within the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and corporate policies.
  • Manage labor risks and support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a Business Partner for the different business areas.
  • Coordinate investigations, claims, and complex labor situations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with government entities and labor authorities.

Profile we are looking for

Professional in Law (preferably with a specialization or master's degree).

Professionals in Industrial Engineering with solid experience in Labor Relations and Human Resources will also be considered.

Between 6 and 10 years of experience in:

  • Labor Relations.
  • Generalist Human Resources.
  • HR Business Partner.
  • Human Resources Management.
  • Collective negotiation.
  • Union management.
  • Colombian labor legislation.
  • Implementation of regulatory changes.

Upper-intermediate - advanced English (minimum B2).

Excellent writing skills and executive communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
