Salary:

$4,857,600 + $500,000 mobilization allowance

Modality:

Hybrid

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Professional in Psychology or Business Administration.
• B2-C1 English level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Management.
• Intermediate Excel, SAP, and Office tools management.
• Experience in hiring, compensation, performance, wellbeing, and labor relations.
• Communication, leadership, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills with different levels of the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and benefits.
• Administer compensation schemes and flexible remuneration.
• Lead performance evaluations (PEP) and KPI monitoring.
• Manage wellbeing programs, organizational climate, and internal communication.
• Support disciplinary processes and exit interviews.
• Prepare human management reports and indicators.
• Develop training and organizational development plans.
