Schedule
Monday to Friday with a fixed schedule, with occasional availability on Saturdays depending on operational requirements.
Your mission
You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding and operational safety processes, contributing to the optimization of metrics, information analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee efficient and safe experiences.
We are looking for professionals with
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in project planning, indicator tracking, or process analysis.
- Intermediate or higher English level, especially in reading and writing.
- Advanced handling of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge in SQL.
- High analytical capacity and data orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
It will be a plus if you have experience in
- Design, operation, and improvement of onboarding processes.
- Analysis of performance metrics and construction of reports.
- Management and monitoring of providers.
- SLA control and incident escalation.
- Coordination with transversal areas such as Operations, Legal, Product, Customer Experience, and external providers.
- Implementation and monitoring of launches, training, and adoption strategies.
