Workshop Supervisor/ team leader

For a client of ours in Kinrooi, we are urgently looking for a workshop supervisor.

Do you have experience within a welding environment and do you get energy from guiding colleagues? Are you looking for a position in which you make a difference both technically and humanly?

As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead your team within this environment and ensure that the activities in the workshop run smoothly and are delivered on time.

What are your tasks: Coaching, guiding, and motivating your employees Coordinating & preparing the materials for the daily production within the welding department Supervising quality, safety, and correct execution of the work Analyzing and solving technical problems Proposing and implementing improvements within the department Acting as the point of contact for your team Helping to ensure a safe and tidy workshop You work closely with your colleague Teamleader Assembly & work preparer/drafters

Expectations:

Experience as a welder within a technical production environment (Staal, rvs, aluminium) Experience in a leadership or coaching role is a great asset Through your positive attitude, you know how to motivate your colleagues You can read technical plans You have a basic knowledge of English
