Provide administrative and operational support to the Wyndham University training programs, within a Global Shared Services model. The role is key to ensuring the correct execution of in-person and virtual training, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and franchisees, with a focus on operational precision, service, and process compliance.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Manage the administration of training programs, including enrollments, participant support, and coordination of virtual and in-person training.
  • Provide first-level functional and administrative LMS support, resolving operational and non-escalated inquiries.
  • Act as a webinar host, providing technical and administrative support in own and third-party sessions.
  • Manage the training inquiry mailbox, resolving and forwarding requests according to defined guidelines.
  • Provide support for budgetary control, invoice processing, vendor management, and pCard reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the administration of external vendors linked to training programs.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and distribution of materials and kits for training.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in training administration, learning operations, or similar administrative roles.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and virtual training environments (e.g., Zoom).
  • Experience in invoice processing, budget support, and vendor administration.
  • Ability to handle repetitive operational tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and affinity with digital tools.
  • Advanced English (oral and written), with the ability to interact daily with teams in the USA.
  • Experience in Shared Services environments or HR process support is a plus.
