Material Handler Operator (Chacarita)

Position Objective:

As a Material Handler I, you will be responsible for executing the tasks of reception, storage, preparation, and packaging of shipments and distribution of medicines and clinical supplies, following good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices, local and international regulations, company policies, and following the instructions and procedures of each project. All these logistical operations must be carried out following the specifications and IT/administrative tools required by the company and/or client.

WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?

• Perform reception and storage processes of the received material.
• Receive and verify the accuracy of the materials received.
• Participate in the distribution of daily tasks for reception, storage, preparation, and packaging of clinical supply shipments.
• Prepare and send the requested materials and/or products to research centers.
• Verify and maintain that the Warehouse is in good condition, as well as the stored units; and communicate to the Operations managers any errors, quality-related deviations, or situations that could put the product at risk.
• Store materials in the designated place, ensuring they are properly labeled and organized to facilitate access.
• Perform regular inventories to ensure the accuracy of records and the availability of required materials.
• Perform all activities efficiently and safely.
• Perform the preparation and dispatch of the material destruction process.
• Perform the conditioning and reconditioning of reusable containers.
• Prepare and condition components under refrigerated, frozen, and ultra-frozen conditions.

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?

• Completed secondary school with certificate in hand (Mandatory)
• At least 1 year of experience in similar warehouse tasks and in medicine logistics (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of good storage and distribution practices.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook and Office packages (Mandatory)
• Basic English (Mandatory)
• Experience in handling hydraulic pallet jacks, electric stackers, and stand-up forklifts.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Working Day: Monday to Thursday, Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 07:00 to 14:30; Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday from 11:30 to 20:00 and Friday from 12:00 to 18:00
• CCT: Comercio, Cat: Administrativo C
• On-site canteen
• OSECAC medical coverage
• Eventual contract with Adecco for 6 months
